Go to Home
Open the recordings or sessions area.
Find the session
Use its thumbnail, date, and duration to recognise it.
Tap to review
Wait for a cloud-only recording to download if the app asks.

Understand where the video is
| What you see | What it means |

| Available on this iPhone | The recording can be reviewed and edited locally. |
| Backing up | Keep Trackd open or follow the app’s background-upload guidance. |
| Backed up | A cloud copy has completed. Verify it before freeing phone space. |
| Cloud only | The local copy is gone; download may be needed before review or editing. |
Delete carefully
Open the session
Check that it is the correct recording.
Confirm a separate copy
Play the exported file or Photos copy you plan to keep.
Keep cloud only when needed
Choose Free Up Space—not Delete—if you want to remove the iPhone copy but keep Trackd Cloud Backup.
Choose Delete
Read the confirmation before permanently removing the session and its cloud backup.
