Care and safety
Keep the mount, tripod, phone, umbrella, and people around them safe.
Use the setup safely
- Keep the tripod outside the playing area, emergency paths, and busy walkways.
- Use firm, level ground and fully spread the tripod legs.
- Lower the tripod before fitting, removing, or adjusting equipment.
- Leave clear space around the mount’s full turning path.
- Never leave a raised or umbrella-equipped tripod unattended.

Weather and heat
- Keep the mount, phone, USB-C port, and cables dry.
- The umbrella does not make the setup waterproof.
- Remove the umbrella and lower the tripod in wind.
- Keep the iPhone out of strong direct sun when possible and stop if it shows a temperature warning.
- Do not charge wet equipment.
Clean and store
Turn off and unplug
Remove the iPhone and disconnect USB-C before cleaning.
Wipe gently
Use a soft, dry cloth. Do not spray cleaner into openings or moving joints.
Dry everything
Let the tripod, umbrella, clamp, and bag dry fully after damp conditions.
Pack without pressure
Use the carry bag and keep heavy objects off the mount and clamp.
Store it safely
Switch the mount off and store everything dry, away from heat. Follow approved battery guidance for long storage periods.
Stop using damaged equipment
Do not use the setup if the clamp is cracked, a tripod lock slips, the USB-C port or cable is damaged, the mount makes unusual movement, or the battery area looks swollen or hot.
