“I used to rope my mum into filming all my basketball games. Now I can just use Trackd if I’m training solo or set it up on the court sideline for our games. Pretty stoked with the footage.”
“Wish I’d had this sooner. I train on my own a lot, so being able to put my phone in, press record and then just get along with my sessions is such a game changer. I can then go home and watch it all back.”
“Mainly bought this for tennis but I’ve ended up using it at the gym as well. Super easy to set up and the tracking is really impressive. Also love that I just use my phone which already has really good camera quality.”
“Was a little unsure before ordering because this sort of tech can be hard to use but the team has been super helpful with any questions I’ve had and I’m really loving the videos I’m taking. Very happy with this purchase.”

When will Trackd ship?
Trackd is in stock and shipping now. Orders are dispatched once payment clears, and we email tracking details as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.
Do I need a subscription?
No subscription is required for the core Trackd experience. The app is designed to work with the mount out of the box.
Which phones are supported?
Trackd supports iPhone 12 or newer running iOS 17.6 or later. Android support is not available yet.
Can I order Trackd internationally?
Not yet. Trackd currently ships to Australian addresses only, with free standard shipping across Australia. International shipping is coming soon.
What do I need to get started?
A Trackd Mount, an iPhone 12 or newer running iOS 17.6 or later, and the free Trackd app. Place the mount on a stable tabletop, or use a compatible tripod for more height and framing options. A tripod is optional; the Complete Kit includes one. An iPhone is not included. Android support is not available yet.
Can Trackd follow me while I record?
Solo Lock follows one selected person. The mount turns and tilts your iPhone from a fixed position while the Trackd app records. Give the camera a clear view of you and do a short test of the movement you plan to film before the full take.
Can I record directly in Instagram or TikTok?
Use the Trackd app for tracking and recording. Export your finished take to Photos or Files, then open it in your preferred editor, Instagram, TikTok or another app to finish and post it. Tracking is not provided inside those other apps.
Which sports can I film?
Group Sports supports basketball, netball, soccer, futsal, rugby union, rugby league and touch. Courts and solo training track most consistently today. Performance on larger fields can vary with distance, player numbers and visibility of the ball.
Why is tracking still improving for field sports?
Larger fields mean greater distances, smaller players and balls in the frame, and more players blocking the view. Long passes and quick changes of direction also make the action harder to follow consistently. We’re continuing to refine field-sport tracking through real-world testing and software updates. Courts and solo training currently deliver our most consistent results.
Can I use my own tripod?
Yes. The Trackd Mount fits a standard 1/4-inch tripod thread. Use a stable tripod and give the camera a clear view of the action.
What is included in the Complete Kit?
The Complete Kit includes the Trackd Mount, a 183cm tripod and a sideline umbrella. Your iPhone is not included.
