When will Trackd ship?
Current pre-orders are scheduled to ship in May 2026. We email customers with production and dispatch updates as stock approaches.
Do I need a subscription?
No subscription is required for the core Trackd experience. The app is designed to work with the mount out of the box.
Which phones are supported?
The current app guidance on the site is iPhone 12 or later running iOS 17 or newer.
Can I order Trackd internationally?
Yes. Trackd currently offers free international shipping.
