The Trackd website and store are operated by Trackd Sports. Trackd Sports is operated by CBH Collective Pty Ltd (ABN 54 683 364 641).

Trackd operates a headless Shopify storefront. The website presents product information and cart experiences, while Shopify and connected sales channels may process checkout, payment, order records, and fulfilment workflows.

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate contact, shipping, and payment information. Trackd may cancel or refuse an order where information appears incorrect, fraudulent, unavailable, or unable to be fulfilled.

Trackd aims to keep product information, pricing, availability, compatibility, and shipping details accurate. Details may change as products, firmware, app features, manufacturing, or launch plans evolve.

Trackd Mount is designed for use with compatible iPhones and the Trackd app. Current compatibility guidance is iPhone 12 or newer running iOS 17 or newer, unless Trackd publishes updated compatibility guidance. Customers should check compatibility before ordering.

Trackd products are sold from available stock. Estimated dispatch timing is provided in good faith but can change due to stock levels, logistics, or events outside Trackd's reasonable control.

If a material delay occurs, Trackd will aim to provide customers with updated information using the contact details provided at checkout.

Trackd products are intended to help record sport and training. Results can depend on setup, phone model, app version, environment, lighting, ball visibility, network conditions, and user operation.

You are responsible for using Trackd safely and lawfully, including following venue rules, privacy requirements, consent requirements, and local laws when filming other people.

To use the Trackd app, you must accept these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy during onboarding. Product analytics, session telemetry, compact tracking traces, and tapered diagnostic samples of recording frames are part of the app service and are collected and uploaded automatically after acceptance over Wi-Fi or cellular data.

For each recording, the app samples the same camera frames supplied to on-device vision and tracking. It aims to sample approximately every one second for the first 10 minutes, every two seconds from 10 to 30 minutes, every four seconds from 30 to 70 minutes, every eight seconds from 70 to 150 minutes, and every 10 seconds after 150 minutes. This is up to approximately 2,760 sampled frames for the app's maximum 3.5-hour recording. Samples are reduced in size and grouped into paginated diagnostic image sheets for upload.

Trackd uses these diagnostic samples to review tracking quality, investigate failures, and train, evaluate, and improve its computer-vision and camera-control models. Diagnostic frame sheets contain no recording audio, faces are not currently blurred, and the sheets may therefore show identifiable players, officials, spectators, bystanders, or children. They are not the same as uploading the complete recording and are scheduled for deletion after 180 days.

Complete recording files are uploaded for human review or model training only when you separately enable Training Footage Sharing or deliberately use another upload or cloud feature. You can disable future complete-recording uploads in app settings.

You confirm that you are authorised to record the session and permit Trackd to process the sampled frames and related diagnostics as described in the Privacy Policy, including where teammates, players, officials, spectators, or children appear in the recording.

The Trackd name, website content, product copy, images, videos, software, designs, and brand assets are owned by or licensed to CBH Collective Pty Ltd for Trackd Sports.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially reuse Trackd content without permission, except as allowed by law.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer laws, including the Australian Consumer Law.

Where Trackd is required by law to provide a remedy, Trackd will do so in accordance with that law.
