The Trackd website and store are operated by Trackd Sports. Trackd Sports is operated by CBH Collective Pty Ltd (ABN 54 683 364 641).

Trackd operates a headless Shopify storefront. The website presents product information and cart experiences, while Shopify and connected sales channels may process checkout, payment, order records, and fulfilment workflows.

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate contact, shipping, and payment information. Trackd may cancel or refuse an order where information appears incorrect, fraudulent, unavailable, or unable to be fulfilled.

Trackd aims to keep product information, pricing, availability, compatibility, and shipping details accurate. Details may change as products, firmware, app features, manufacturing, or launch plans evolve.

Trackd Mount is designed for use with compatible iPhones and the Trackd app. Current compatibility guidance is iPhone 12 or newer running iOS 17.6 or newer, unless Trackd publishes updated compatibility guidance. Customers should check compatibility before ordering.

Trackd products are sold from available stock. Estimated dispatch timing is provided in good faith but can change due to stock levels, logistics, or events outside Trackd's reasonable control.

If a material delay occurs, Trackd will aim to provide customers with updated information using the contact details provided at checkout.

Trackd products are intended to help record sport and training. Results can depend on setup, phone model, app version, environment, lighting, ball visibility, network conditions, and user operation.

You are responsible for using Trackd safely and lawfully, including following venue rules, privacy requirements, consent requirements, and local laws when filming other people.

To use the Trackd app, you must accept these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy during setup.

Recording a session does not automatically upload your full video. After you accept the app’s terms during setup, Trackd automatically uploads continuous processed phone motion (including rotation, orientation, acceleration and magnetic-field information), synchronized recording and tracking logs, artifact manifests, goal/corner/home/coverage setup photos and sampled camera images, including sparse original-dimension ultrawide samples where supported, to investigate problems and improve tracking, including through model training. Diagnostic packages exclude full video and recording audio; timing and audio-format metadata may be included. These diagnostic uploads are linked to your Trackd account and recording session. This automatic collection has no separate off switch.

Uploaded originals are not face-blurred and may show identifiable people. Before images are used for new internal review, labeling, analysis, training or evaluation, we require separate face-blurred copies and a privacy check. This includes older uploads selected for new use. Face blurring reduces identifiability but does not guarantee anonymity.

Access is restricted to authorised Trackd personnel and service providers who need it for the purposes described in this policy. Diagnostic images and tracking traces do not expire automatically. You can contact us to request deletion or delete your Trackd cloud account.

Full-recording sharing for product improvement is optional. Other features, such as cloud backup, live streaming or support upload, upload footage when you enable or use them.

Under Settings → Privacy & Diagnostics, Improvement Sharing (called Training Footage Sharing in older versions) controls optional full-recording sharing for review and training. Enabling it applies to recordings started afterwards; turning it off stops future sharing.

Upload over Wi-Fi only makes cloud-backup, diagnostic-file and improvement-sharing uploads wait for Wi-Fi. With it off, these files may use cellular data. It does not disable diagnostics or restrict all app network traffic.

You must have the permissions required to record other people and allow the processing described in our Privacy Policy, including when children appear in a recording.

The Trackd name, website content, product copy, images, videos, software, designs, and brand assets are owned by or licensed to CBH Collective Pty Ltd for Trackd Sports.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially reuse Trackd content without permission, except as allowed by law.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer laws, including the Australian Consumer Law.

Where Trackd is required by law to provide a remedy, Trackd will do so in accordance with that law.
