Shipping regions and cost
Trackd offers free worldwide shipping on current orders.
Free shipping means Trackd does not charge a shipping fee at checkout for eligible Trackd orders. Import duties, taxes, customs charges, or local handling fees may still apply depending on the destination country unless they are clearly included at checkout.
Pre-order dispatch
Trackd products are currently sold as pre-orders. Current Batch 2 pre-order dispatch is expected around July 2026.
Dispatch timing can change as manufacturing, quality control, customs, logistics, and regional fulfilment details are finalised. Trackd will send order updates to the email address used at checkout.
Delivery estimates
Delivery estimates are provided as guidance only and can vary by destination, carrier, customs clearance, local postal conditions, and peak periods.
If your order appears delayed, contact trackd@trackdsport.com with your order number.
Shipping address changes
If you need to change your shipping address before dispatch, email Trackd as soon as possible with your order number and the updated address.
Address changes may not be possible after an order has entered dispatch or fulfilment.

Contact first
Before returning any item, contact Trackd at trackd@trackdsport.com with your order number, the item you want help with, and photos or video if the item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect.
Do not send products back until Trackd confirms the next step. If a return is approved, we will provide the correct return address and return instructions.
Change of mind
Trackd does not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, finding a product cheaper elsewhere, deciding that you no longer need the product, or ordering the wrong item.
This does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer laws, including the Australian Consumer Law.
Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the issue and arrange the appropriate remedy.
Depending on the issue, the remedy may include troubleshooting, repair, replacement, refund, or another solution required by law. Trackd may need to inspect the product before confirming the final remedy.
If a product is confirmed to have a fault covered by consumer guarantees, Trackd will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs where required by law.
Pre-orders
Trackd products are currently sold as pre-orders. You may request cancellation of a pre-order before dispatch by emailing trackd@trackdsport.com with your order number.
If the order has already dispatched, the standard return and refund process applies.
Warranty
Trackd Mount includes a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing faults from the date of delivery. The warranty applies to the Trackd Mount only and does not apply to the tripod.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, impact, water exposure, unauthorised modification, normal wear and tear, or use outside the product instructions.
This warranty is provided in addition to any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer laws.
Refund timing
Where a refund is approved, it will usually be issued to the original payment method. Bank, card, or payment provider processing times can vary.
Refunds may be processed after the returned item is received and assessed, unless the issue can be resolved without requiring the item to be returned.
Discounts and social commerce orders
Orders placed through Trackd's website, Shopify checkout, TikTok Shop, Instagram, or another connected sales channel are handled under the same return and refund principles, unless a channel-specific law or platform rule requires otherwise.
